Engr. Ajayi Kolawole Adeshina is a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of practice in electrical engineering design, consultancy, project management, and construction supervision. He holds an OND in Electrical Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has worked with several reputable organizations including Sahara Group, Norwest Consortium, Fhomo Nigeria Limited, Shelter Cost Associates, and Don Engineering and Construction Nigeria Limited, where he gained extensive experience in electrical installations, project execution, cost management, and technical supervision. He also served as a consultant with Sahara Group in quantity surveying and project evaluation. Since 2010, he has been the Managing Director of Hadejaz Prime Limited, where he oversees engineering design, project planning, procurement, and execution of electrical and mechanical projects. He is highly skilled in electrical building services design, power systems, project management, cost estimation, and site supervision. He is recognized for strong leadership, technical expertise, integrity, and the ability to deliver efficient and costeffective engineering solutions.

Architect Michael Faponle, Co-Founder & Lead Design Architect of MAF Design Projects, serves as the Senior Consulting Architect for all Sabini Homes projects. With over eight years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, and construction management, he brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to every development undertaken by the company. Throughout his career, Michael has held key positions with several reputable organizations, including MAF Design Projects, M&CDS Architectural Company, KKJEVO Construction Services, NFO Architectural Glass and Mirrors, the Ikorodu Museum Project, and Creative Workforce Associate. These roles have provided him with extensive experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and construction-focused developments. He has successfully led and delivered numerous projects from concept design through construction completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. His expertise spans architectural design, project management, construction supervision, interior design, space planning, and technical documentation. Michael is highly proficient in industry-leading software including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Chief Architect. His strong technical capabilities, combined with his creative vision and commitment to sustainable design practices, enable him to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically exceptional developments. As Sabini Homes’ Senior Consulting Architect, Michael provides strategic design leadership, technical guidance, and quality assurance across all projects.
