Architect Michael Faponle, Co-Founder & Lead Design Architect of MAF Design Projects, serves as the Senior Consulting Architect for all Sabini Homes projects. With over eight years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, and construction management, he brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to every development undertaken by the company.

Throughout his career, Michael has held key positions with several reputable organizations, including MAF Design Projects, M&CDS Architectural Company, KKJEVO Construction Services, NFO Architectural Glass and Mirrors, the Ikorodu Museum Project, and Creative Workforce Associate. These roles have provided him with extensive experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and construction-focused developments.

He has successfully led and delivered numerous projects from concept design through construction completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. His expertise spans architectural design, project management, construction supervision, interior design, space planning, and technical documentation.

Michael is highly proficient in industry-leading software including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Chief Architect. His strong technical capabilities, combined with his creative vision and commitment to sustainable design practices, enable him to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically exceptional developments.
